The Peabody House began with a 50’s ranch that was completely renovated into a bedroom wing with 4bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A new family room, garage and breezeway connector were constructed right onto the existing house. The owners wanted to minimize the scale of the existing house and additions by staying with a one and a half story roof line. As you can see from the photos, the family room looks small in scale on the exterior but once inside, feels spacious and open.
