This residential building originally contained 4 apartments in a historic neighborhood in Newburyport. The 4 units were converted into 2 condominiums, one on either side of the entrance. Because of the design requirements of the historic neighborhood association, the exterior envelope with window locations and roof height could not be changed. The interior framing was completely removed and reconstructed. The main living space has an open floor plan and a stair that connects up to two bedroom floors. A master bedroom suite is located on the upper floor.
