This small historic farmhouse was renovated into two condominium units. To keep in line with the original style, we gave the building a modern farmhouse twist. Each four-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit has a two-car garage, 9’ ceilings, and a walk-up attic. The basement office space offers a full bath. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are completely private; we accomplished this by using garages as dividers between units.
